This documentation goes over everything required for running MP-BioPath.

MP-BioPath is a biological pathway tool used to infer activity of individual pathways. The tool implements a novel approach, using Mathematical Program, to infer the pathway activity. The tool is able to read in a combination of copy number, mutation, expression level and protenomic data to make these inferences. The tool takes the evidence of biological perterbations to infer the activity of the rest of the nodes in the specified pathway.
